The start of an exciting journey
Wow! This blog has been in talks for over a year and it has finally come to fruition. We are both so excited to be starting this journey (maybe a little nervous as well). We are going to be posting some of our favorite recipes and recipe rehabs. Trying to find ways to add healthy choices but still have those guilty pleasures at times. With this will be workouts to help you tone and get fit. We know that everyone is different and noone has the same body type. We want to work to help everyone get to the level of health and fitness that they want. We are open to comments and suggestions on what you might want to know and would love to swap recipe revamps and workouts. As a registered dietitian and athletic trainer we have knowledge that we want to share with you to make you a healther you, one day at a time.
